Privacy Policy & Transaction Safety

At SellBuyPartnership, we are committed to keeping transactions secure, transparent, and fair for both buyers and sellers. Please read the following policy carefully before proceeding with any deal through our platform.

1) Direct Deals Without Our Involvement

If a buyer and seller choose to complete a transaction directly without our process or support, SellBuyPartnership will not be responsible for fraud, disputes, losses, payment issues, product mismatch, or any other claim arising from that transaction.

2) Fees for Deals Processed Through SellBuyPartnership

For transactions completed through our supervised process, we charge 2% of the total deal value as taxes and convenience fees. These charges are collected to process and forward required payments in compliance with applicable obligations.

3) Same-State Buyer and Seller

If the buyer and seller are located in the same state, they may meet and complete the transaction directly, and we also suggest this option. However, for personal safety, meetings should only be conducted in public places. Do not meet at private homes or private offices.

4) Different-State Buyer and Seller (Secure Process)

When the buyer and seller are from different states, we follow a secure verification model:

• We first receive payment from the buyer and parcel/product from the seller.
• Our team verifies both payment and product details.
• After successful verification, we dispatch the product to the buyer and transfer funds to the seller.
• If any issue is detected in payment or product, the transaction is cancelled immediately and both parties are informed.

This process significantly reduces fraud risk and helps prevent wrongful or unsafe transaction activity.
